A one-size-fits-most cotton under garment that has a drawstring waist and a dust ruffle at the bottom trimmed in lace.  Our Heirloom Brand seamstress-made petticoat is made in solid white with white crinoline for a proper fit under the dust ruffle trimmed in white lace.  We also make this in solid black or solid red with dust ruffle trimmed in black lace.
