Smart and elegant petite black and red Victorian top hat.  Sturdy black felted wool base with complementary black and red accents of fancy trim, ribbon-lined crown, feathers and/or ostrich plumes, fabric rosettes and or brooch pin, silk or fabric flowers.  Has black oversized tulle back bow and train flowing off the back.  Hat is securely fastened with sewn-in back comb and/or black elastic band.  Hat measures about 7 1/2 by 7 by 3 1/2 in.; train measures about 17 in.
