The Rifleman's spiked belt axe is antique.  Hand-forged steel, the head measures 6 1/2 in. tall, with a 2 1/4 in. cutting surface.  The 2 in. tall spike tapers toward the widest point of the body with the eye for the handle.  The replacement carved oak handle is 19 in. long.; the head is fit with a wedge.

Authentic antique 18th century American Indian Spike Tomahawk in untouched condition.  American-made, hand-forged flat-type head of a classic design with rear spike.

CONDITION:  In an overall very good condition considering its age, except for minor pitting to the blade with a dark smooth aged patina.
