*** Return Policy ***

* Items must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date.

* Returned items will need a Return Authorization number. Please call or email us for an R.A. number prior to shipping. The R.A. number MUST be written on the outside of the return package.

* If an item is sent back to us for return without an R.A. number no credit or refund will be issued.

* No charge on size or style exchanges. (except shipping)

* Any item returned must be in clean, new condition as received.
(you wear it, has pet hair on it, you own it)

* Altered garments sewn or styled to your specifications cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

* We charge a 20% re-stocking fee on items returned for refund.

30 days is required for your refund to be processed.

OR

If you choose, A Store Credit, issued immediately,  gives you a full credit for your return (except shipping charges)

Your R.A. number will then be your credit number.

* Shipping charges are not refundable.

* Exchanges only on sale items, no refunds.

U.S. Shipping Charges:

You may choose to have your packages shipped via UPS or USPS.

Next Day or 2nd Day service is available upon request. (not available for overseas orders) This applies only to business days Mon. through Fri. Sat delivery "If available in your area"  is an extra fee so call us for your options.

International Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges for destinations outside the U.S. are estimated and charged at the time the order is placed. However if the actual shipping cost is higher the customer may be charged for the balance of shipping due. We normally ship international packages by US Parcel Post. If you would prefer your order to be shipped to you via UPS or Fed Ex, just type in your request in the "order comments" box on the bottom of the checkout page. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Damaged Shipments:

UPS shipping losses will be replaced only if you follow these steps:

1.  If your package is received in damaged condition, refuse it and notify us immediately. UPS will return the damaged package to us and we will reship.

2.  If loss or damage is found after package is opened, hold all items, packing and shipping carton. NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY . We will explain how you can put in a claim with a UPS representative. Do not destroy packing or carton, as UPS will not honor any claim if carton cannot be inspected by them.

We accept phone orders between 9 am and 5 pm Central Time Tue - Thurs and 9 am and 8 pm Central Time Fri -Mon. Fill out your order form completely and give us a call. We can help you work out the details on sizes, fabric and colors. We do not offer a COD service.

Fax Orders:

Fill out and sign your order form completely, include your credit card number, expiration date and CVV2 code at the bottom of the form. Our fax number is 563-873-3647.

Mail Order:

Fill out and sign your order form completely, include your personal check, money order or credit card number in the provided space. Please include shipping. Iowa residents please include 7% sales tax on all merchandise. Call us to get current shipping or tax amounts.

Internet Order:

Add items from this website to your shopping cart, then click the *Proceed to Checkout* button to be taken through the checkout process. Call or email us if you are experiencing any difficulties or if you have any questions.

Shipping Time:

Most items are in stock and can ship in 3-6 business days.

Other items that need to be ordered or made up may take 6 to 8 weeks. We have a few garments which are only made up at time of order. Please ask about availability if you have any time questions.
