Folding trigger Colt Paterson copy with Holster
19th century hand gun technology changed fast. Until the late 1830's the only game in town was a flint lock pistol, single shot and not always reliable. In early 1836 Sam Colt patented the Colt Paterson, a five shot revolver in .28 and later in .36 caliber.
This antiqued counterfeit copy is the only way most of us might have a chance to own one that looks and feels like the original. Originals sell in the neighborhood of $500,000.00
The action is mechanically good but I am not recommending it as a shooter.
