z Sold ~ Scorpion Blade Antique Mexican Knife

This antique Mexican fighting knife has a maker's mark but I can not make it out.  This is one wicked looking blade with a bull horn handle. Overall length 13 3/4 inches. The guard is brass. Blade shows some minor pitting but is very sharp. A fighting knife for sure. No sheath. In the old days, Mexicans were notoriously deadly knife fighters.  They liked this style of "scorpion tip" blade . It was handy for getting a knife thrust up under the ribs and into the lungs.
