z Sold ~ Colt SAA, 45 cal

Colt SAA, 45 cal,  serial# 24312, mfg 1876, all numbers matching including cylinder, 7 1/2 " barrel, front sight cut down, gray gun, two piece grips not original to gun, they are nice ivory Micarta .
 An original early civilian black powder model.  The cylinder barrel and frame mostly a pleasing gray patina.  The straps and trigger guard and even gray patina.   Bright bore. Locks up tight but needs cylinder stop bolt spring tightened.  The  most recognizable of the Colt Single Action configurations and a VERY decent gun.
A real good value at this money and could be worth twice this much if not for the replaced grips . A beautiful and classic 3rd year production Single Action.
