z Sold ~ Silver Plated 1861 Navy with 100% Etching Coverage

A 1861 Colt Navy Replica, silver plated. That is to say it is not nickel or chrome plated.

It is fully functional and mechanically perfect. I believe it is unfired. It is covered with what I would call  etching over 100% of the gun. That is to say it is not engraved. The only marking I find are Italian proof marks and under the barrel the words "black powder only".

On top of the barrel in 3/16 inch high letters is etched "address col saml colt us america."  and that runs 4 1/4 inches long. It has ivory colored grips with a large eagle carved on the right grip. The hammer is case colored and all the screws are blued. An abulutely beautiful gun and it must be very rare as I can find no information on it.
