Old vintage man's black stetson hat. Has a ribbon hat band with a military type bow. The bow makes me think this may have been a Grand Army of the Republic Hat. The Leather sweat band is marked No. 1 Quality John B Stetson on a gold stamped shield. No tears. Has been worn. Size 7 is on a label under the sweat band. It comes with the complete original box. The box is tan and red colored with the STETSON name emblazoned across the front.

The finish crown height as it is styled is 5 1/2 in. tall and the brim is 3 1/4 in. with a kettle curl. The hatband is 3/8 in. wide.

Condition is very good with very slight cracking in the leather sweat band. Does not appear to have been worn much. Only very light sweat stains on the inside band.
