.45 caliber, 6 shot, double action only, 2 1/4" barrel.  Serial Number 44288.  This custom Safety Hammer, Double Action is in .45 long Colt center-fire cartridge.

This is a frontier- era handgun that is designed to be carried concealed.  Will not snag on hammer or sight and can easily be drawn from pocket or holster.  Compact with a mighty punch.  With a new nickel plated finished.

The gun is mechanically perfect and everything works as it should.  The bore is bright with strong rifling.  The hard rubber grips are very good with no chips or cracks.  This gun was manufactured in 1900 and must be shipped to an FFL dealer for transfer.
