1890s-era Policeman's Billy Club Nightstick.

Billy Club. Description:  Golden brown hardwood billy club, handle turned to form grip area bands, original leather guard band at top.  The leather shows very little cracking and is still sound and usable.  Very usable for display or worn with your Old Lawdawg outfit. 

Dimensions: 29 1/4 inches overall length.  This is bigger than average Police Club with nicely turned and detailed handle.  No chips or cracks a true vintage police collectible.    In the old days, this was known to be a very rough-and-tumble Mississippi river town and a club this size proved necessary.
