This pair of antique Victorian era black leather and black velvet high button child's boots dating from 1870. They are hand stitched around the button holes . These fabulous fashion boots have nine black shoe buttons for closure, rounded toes, hard leather soles and stacked and nailed leather low heels. They are lined in cream color canvass. The boots measure 6 inches tall, 8 1/2 inches long, 2 3/4 inches wide, with a 7/8 inch high heel. Marked in child's size 12E with not a single stitch missing. These charming child's high top button boots have a fashionable sophisticated adult style and are in good condition, gently worn, with only very very minor wear. They are truly a rare find and quality made children's shoe!
