The British Bulldog series of revolvers were an enormously successful solid-frame design. This one features a 3 1/4-inch barrel and chambered in .38 S&W center fire short. Likely for the American market. They were designed to be carried in a coat pocket or kept on a night-stand. Belgian-made medium frame British Bulldog Revolver, 6 shots, very good wooden grips no chips or cracks with a very pronounced rear swept grip frame and lanyard ring on the butt. The original nickel finish is about 90%. Shows bright chambers and strong rifling in the bore with light pitting. This BULLDOG has no marking on the top of the frame.
