This is a COLT Single Action Army Second Generation model, serial number 9224SA. MANUFACTURED IN 1957.  All numbers are matching on frame, trigger guard, grips and grip frame. The assembly numbers on the cylinder, loading gate match. Black two-piece hard rubber stock panels are in new condition with no chips or cracks. The stampings on the barrel, and frame are all deep and crisp, with factory sharpness. The bluing is 95% and the case colors are brilliant and bright and 100% coverage. Hammer is correct and original and mechanically perfect. This revolver locks up very crisply, and the function is as new. Bore is bright and perfect. It has been in a friends collection and well cared for.
