This is an elegantly under stated watch chain, with a Sweetheart Frame fob for you to put you favorite ladies picture. Chains like these were often given to her beau before he went west to make his fortune, as a way to remind him she was waiting, but also to put her MARK on her man.  We will leave it to you to install the ladies picture.
