Looks superb and functions great. This is the best looking Bulldog revolver I have ever offered. Very clean throughout. Ebony wood grips have no cracks or chips. near perfect. Action is tight and timing is like new. Loading gate is excellent. Cylinder has ELG liege proofmark. There is a "46" marked on the loading gate and on front of the cylinder - appears to be the serial number. It is center-fire and caliber is .38 S&W. Beautifully engraved double action marked “BRITISH BULLDOG” on top strap, 2-1/2” barrel, with 99% bright nickel finish. This gun is in overall fine to excellent condition showing original finish with tasteful scroll engraving, very good bore, crisp action, fine ebony grips; an outstanding bull dog revolver. You would expect to find this on the night table of a Jezebel Queen or in the vest pocket of her Dandy Man!!!!
