Sheriff’s Final Justice Small Frame Shoulder Holster
The Sheriff’s Final Justice Small Frame Shoulder Holster follows the working leather designs used for carrying compact revolvers throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Made for smaller frame revolvers, this style offered a comfortable way to keep a sidearm close at hand while allowing freedom of movement during long days of work or travel. Its shoulder carry design reflects the working traditions of Old West Gun Leather, where a holster needed to stay secure, carry comfortably, and serve its purpose day after day.
Made from natural leather and lightly oiled to a warm russet brown, this holster is shaped, finished, and sewn by hand. The embossed leather and border stamping on the pouch were chosen to closely approximate the original details of the period. Made from lighter weight leather than many modern holsters, it follows the methods of earlier makers, allowing it to lay closer to the body and remain comfortable throughout the day.
The open toe design accommodates revolvers with barrels up to 6 inches. Available in either right-hand or left-hand draw, it is designed to fit many small-frame revolvers, including Colt Pocket models, Colt Lightning and Thunderer revolvers, Ruger Bearcat and Single Six revolvers, Smith & Wesson top-break revolvers, Merwin & Hulbert revolvers, and other similar small-frame firearms. Please include the make of your revolver and barrel length in the notes when ordering.
Most of our holster designs are based on original examples we have found and studied. Each piece is cut from the hide, worked and tooled at the leather-smith’s bench, then dyed, oiled, and sewn by hand. Traditional hand stitching provides a strong, lasting seam while preserving the methods of earlier leather craftsmen.
