z Sold New Unfired 1858 Remington Army Kenny Howell-made Complete Conversion

Beautiful absolutely beautiful, This is a wonderful example of what Kenny Howell can do. A Uberti 1858 Remington New Model Navy Revolver Converted to .44 Colt. It has all the features of the Remington New Model Navy conversion. The flat sided recoil shield with the push button loading gate, the hammer with build up firing pin and the historically accurate ejector rod.  The .44 Colt ammo is offered by Black Hills Ammunition. Will also chamber and fire .44 Russian. The 8 inch barrel has been bored to accept a .429 bullet diameter.  If Kenny would make one of these for you would have a long wait and who know what the cost would be. Kenny has marked this gun with his Mark (R&D Beloit Wi USA) under the loading lever. The frame has been stamped with the serial number # 581 that indicates that this is the FIRST 58 Remington conversion  he has done (581). I would say without a doubt that the action is as positive, smooth and tight as any I have ever handled. The blue is factory fresh and the hammer is bone case colored as if it just left Kenny's shop yesterday. The ejector rod functions very smooth, and the barrel sports an adjustable for windage front site. The chances of you finding one of these are incalculable, but here it is.  The grips are ivory polymer with a Mexican Eagle. Kenny made this for me many years ago. He has made many similar conversions for movie Stars such as Tom Selleck. This is a show piece of the highest order of the gunsmiths art. Ship to an FFL
