z Sold Engraved whiskey flask, With a motto.

A great old whiskey flask made of pewter with a silver wash finish. It has a motto on it that relays the owner sentiment when sharing a drink. The flask shows the letter (A) with an engraving of a bird, a (Swallow) and the words (BUT NOT A), (with  an engraving of an old fashioned clap on ice skate). The meaning is: "a swallow but not a skate", but what is that meaning of that????  The fun part of this is when you have your fellow drinkers try to figure out what the meaning is.
