Description

Rare and beautiful hand carved and hand laces "Colorado Saddlery" DOUBLE GUN HOLSTER RIG. These holsters  take 5 1/2" or 4 3/4" 1873 Colt S.A. Army Model perfectly. A unique addition suitable for the finest collection.
The holsters are on a double gun "Buscadaro" belt in excellent condition. It measures 34 inches from buckle to the center hole of the billet. That is a small waist size. If you are in need of wearing this rig our leather crafter can install longer belt tongue and buckle billets for a small charge. There are 30 secure cartridge loops which are shown here with .41 Colt cartridges and would just as likely accept .38 LC, .38 Spec., or .357 Mag.  No loose stitching, almost no wear, just nice even rich black color.
Colorado Saddlery of Denver made this beautiful Double Loop Holster set from Premium Skirting Leather. These are gorgeous holsters that are properly marked with the Colorado Saddlery Denver on the buckle billet showing the maker's logo which would date these  holsters from 1950 through 1975. That is the era GUNSMOKE and all the great TV and western movies. You will note they have the safety straps removed. Having no safety strap gives it the feel and appearance of an early frontier holster.  If you are fortunate to have a pair of Colt SAA 5 1/2" barreled Or Say a pair of S&W DA 6"Frontiers, vintage revolvers this is a must have outfit. A RIG LIKE THIS IS EVEN HARDER TO FIND THAN YOUR GUNS and if you had it made to day would cost well over the $1000.00 range.  The leather is fully alive and will provide a century of wear. My cartridges and guns are not included.

Delivery of item will be in 3 - 6 business days to Continental USA.
