Jim’s CONSIGNMENT SERVICES

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Minimum listing fee of $100.00 per item (this covers the cost of photos and research) , Paid at time of the sale or if returned to the consignor. Plus 22% of the sold price.
On Item that sell for more than $1000.00 the $100.00 listing fee will be credited back to you.

For these fees we provide:

1. Superior photography presenting your item to its best advantage.

2. Research of your item to determine the best way to describe and present it.

3. Write the text with historical comment and point out the best features of your item as well as advising potential buyers of any flaws.

4. Upon the sale of an item we will carefully pack and ship it insured for its full value.

5. River Junction will receive all payments.

6. Consignors payment will be forwarded to you with in 20 working days. Allowing time for the buyer to approve the item.

We provide all photographs and text.

The item must be in the possession of River Junction Trade Co. while it is listed on our web site.

You may withdraw you item at any time after 180 days of listing.

This agreement is made on (date) between (River Junction Trade Co.) , herein referred to as "Seller", and (individual)

Whereas (individual) wishes to sell (description of item(s)) by consigning said item(s) to (River Junction Trade Co.) for sale, it is understood:

That Seller agrees to display item(s) in a prominent place in his establishment.

That Seller will make every attempt to obtain the best possible price for the consigned merchandise and will accept no less than ($ ) as purchase price.

That for his efforts Seller is entitled to retain (22%) of the purchase price.

That should a sale be effectuated, Seller shall forward a check for the amount of the full purchase price less the aforementioned (percent) to Consignee within 20 working days of the receipt of same.

That Seller represents that he maintains insurance for theft and damage, and that the consigned merchandise will be covered by said insurance while it is in his possession.

The Consignee will document any damage to the item before it is forwarded to (River Junction Trade Co.) and include a copy of the document with the item(s). This will be verified upon receipt of the item.

Consignee agrees to leave the merchandise with Seller for a minimum of (180 days.)

That should the merchandise remain unsold at the end of the consignment period and an election be made by the Consignee to remove said merchandise, any costs incurred by the delivery

of same to Consignee shall be borne by Consignee.
