z Sold Antique holster for 4 3/4 inch barreled Colt SAA, and others

Original vintage Holster circa 1880 to1890. Civilian holster from the Old West era. This classic holster  has a floral tooled pouch that is laced closed on the main seam. It is most attractive. This was a pricey civilian style of the 80's and 90's. and beyond. Double loop style with a laced main seam and closed toe were common. Made of medium weight russet colored leather. This holster could be worn as right hand draw or cross draw. It fits a 1873 Colt Single Action Army with a 4 3/4 inch barrel. The leather is soft and pliable. It would be perfect for displaying with your original vintage Colt or you could  just use it. All the areas are strong and intact showing no cracking, tears, breaks or scuffs. The holster has no catalog numbers, which makes me think it was bench made by a skilled Saddler.  A nice,  holster hard to find in this good condition. This holster is in remarkably good condition and likely has been sitting in a drawer for many years. Nice for the collector to show off his vintage Colt six gun. This is a old western double loop style holster.  It is a perfect fit for my 4 3/4 in. barrel Colt SAA. Double loop holsters are rarely found in this fine condition. It is ready to give use or display.  My shooter is not included.
