This is a nice vintage leather holster with an 8 1/2 inches long pouch and 4 1/4 inches wide at the throat. It is in good condition and has been sitting in a drawer for many years. The leather is in good pliable condition and the holster itself seems not to have been used much. Nice for the collector, or reenactor. This is a old western double loop style holster.
Marked "Biffar Chicago" and the model number "94 8 23". It is a perfect fit for a Colt Lighting, a Cimarron Lightning a Colt Scout a Belgium copy of Colt Lightning with a 6 inch barrel or shorter. The leather is in good shape and has a century of use in it yet. My Belgium copy of Colt Lightning is not included.
