Ensure your revolver is always secure and readily accessible with our handcrafted holster. Made from premium, natural 6-7 oz leather, the holster is oiled to a rich Russet Brown and features elegant embossing. It comes with a durable leather strap to comfortably hold the holster on your shoulder. This design pays homage to the traditional craftsmanship with border stamping that closely resembles the original patterns.
The holster is crafted from lighter-weight leather compared to contemporary models, allowing it to conform closely to your body for all-day comfort. You can select either a right-hand or left-hand draw to suit your preference. It fits a variety of large-frame firearms, including those with 4 3/4", 5 1/2", and 6" barrels, such as the 1858 Remington with a 5 1/2” barrel and the S&W with a 6” barrel, as shown in the images.
This rig is designed to have the strap across the chest.
In the past we have made it with an X back design with no chest strap. We would get complaints that the rig flopped around!! And yes it did.!!
The solution is to wear a vest. Put the rig on, then put the vest on, then poked the holster trough the arm hole, then button the vest, then put your coat on.
