Colt 1877 Lightning Model, double action revolver, .38 caliber, 3 ½” barrel. Has been professionally nickel plated and the trigger and hammer have been re-blued. The action is strong and functions  mechanically as it should. Manufactured in 1892. The outstanding feature of this Lightning is the bone grips with no chips no cracks and no flacks.  All markings are readable. The bore is bright with strong rifling.
