~~ Return Policy ~~
* Fire Arms and one of a kinds, have a 3 day inspection period from the delivery date shown on the carriers receipt after that time no returns will be accepted.
* Other items must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date shown on your customer invoice.
* Returned items will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call or email us for an RA number prior to shipping. The RA number MUST be written on the outside of your return package.
* We will respond with the RA number and the shipping cost to get the exchange back to you. Include that
amount with your return goods, credit card or check are acceptable.* If an item is sent back to us for return without an RA number, no Credit or Refund will be issued.
* There is no charge on size or style exchanges (except for shipping charges).
* Any item returned to us must be in the same clean, new condition as you received it. Note: If you wear it or it has pet hair or stains on it, then you own it.
* Altered garments sewn or custom-styled to your specifications cannot be Returned, Exchanged, or Refunded.
* We charge a 20% Re-stocking Fee on items returned for Refund -- no exceptions.
* We may take up to 30 calendar days from item return date to process your Refund.
* OR *
* If you choose to take a Store Credit -- it is issued immediately -- and a Store Credit gives you full credit for your Return (except for shipping charges) to apply on your next order.
* Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Only Exchanges will be made on sale items -- no Refunds.

From time to time there may be information on our website or in our product fliers or advertisements that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. River Junction Trade Co. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Shipping Time:
In-stock items will be delivered in the continental USA within 3 to 6 business days after we download your paid order. If you are ordering an item that is not in stock or has to be made to your order, you will find your delivery time on the red line entitled "Availability:" located at the bottom of the web page of the item you choose to order.
We have a few garments which are only made up at the time of ordering. Please ask us about availability if you have any timing questions or specific delivery needs.
USA Shipping Charges:
You may choose to have your packages shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Upon request, expedited UPS shipping is available for UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® services (only for ship to destinations in USA and Canada). Expedited delivery services apply only to business days from Monday - Friday (USA holidays are excluded as business days).
Saturday UPS delivery -- and only if it is available in your delivery area -- is an extra service with extra fees charged by UPS, so call or email us for your options and to pay for the extra fees.
Non-USA / International Shipping Charges:
YES, we can ship to all parts of the Globe!
Shipping charges for destinations outside of the USA are estimated and paid at the time the order is placed. But if the actual shipping cost is higher, the customer may be charged for the balance of shipping due. We normally ship non-USA / international packages by USPS Priority International, or parcel post.
If you prefer your order to be shipped via FedEx, just type in your request in the "Order Comments" box on the bottom of our website's checkout page. Additional shipping charges will apply and we will be in touch to go over your options and collect the extra shipping charges before shipping.
Damaged Shipments:
UPS shipping losses will be replaced only if you follow these steps:
1. If your package is received in damaged condition, refuse it and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. UPS will return the damaged package to us; we will repackage and reship it.
2. If loss or damage is found after package is opened, hold all items, packing and shipping carton and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will explain how you can put in your claim with a UPS representative. Do not destroy packing or carton, because UPS will not honor any claim if the carton cannot be inspected by them.

Fill out your order form completely (or just use any old piece of paper) and give us a call. Your River Junction personal shopping assistant will help you work out the details on sizes, fabric, colors, styles, etc. and your shipping charges.
We do not offer a COD service.
