According to the History books, only three men ever wore this badge. Burton C Mossman (ended large scale Cattle Rustling in Northern Arizona), Thomas H Rynning (Cavalryman and Rough Rider, he made more arrests and convictions than any other man in Arizona), and Harry Wheeler (Army Scout, Veteran of the SpanAm War and WWI, and was Sheriff of Cochise County, he was reported as the "Shootin'est Ranger of 'em All").
