Here is a gun cover styled from those used on the Western Frontier during the period of 1820 to 1850, by both the Fur Trappers as well as the Indian men of that region. Two piece construction sewn together with a bright red trade wool trim inserted into the seam. Made of buckskin with 12” fringe adorning the muzzle and buttstock ends. Color light tan. 50" in length.
