Badge - City Marshal - 6 Pt. Star

Double-dye struck with intricate designs, and City Marshal, this solid 14 gauge copper badge is silver plated and finished by hand with an antiqued finished to look like one used on the American Frontier. Pin it securely with an old fashion pin and holder soldered to the back just like they use to in the old days.
A Badge like this was used by "Smiling" Bob Masterson, possibly related to Ed, Jim and Bat Masterson. He was the Marshal for Trinidad CO. It is reported that only one joke was ever said about Smiling Bob..."He's so polite it'd almost be a pleasure to be shot by him!"  But Bob wasn't a pushover, even Doc Holiday walked softly in Trinidad.
