This is an example of what a modern-day gunsmith has done. A Pietta 1858 Navy Revolver Converted to .38 special full wadcutters. To make one of these for you most gunsmiths today get about $1,250 EACH and you would have a long wait.

The lock up is so tight that I cannot feel the slightest movement. The ejector rods functions very smoothly.
