A great Victorian garment to wear under your corset for off the shoulder dress or bodice. A cotton shift (a shorter-length chemise) that goes under the corset but shows a gathered lace trimmed ruffle around the neckline. A drawstring allows it to be worn low on the shoulders or higher up on the neck.
