z Sold ~ Colt 1st Generation Manufactured in 1881

Black powder era, Colt SAA, 45 cal,  serial# 70157, mfg 1881, all numbers matching, 7 1/2 " barrel, early front sight profile, Even plum brown patina on entire gun, one piece original walnut grips.
 An original early civilian black powder model.  Bore rifling very strong, clean with out serious pitting, but dark. Locks up but can be push of on one chamber. Needs cylinder stop bolt spring tightened.  The  most recognizable of the Colt Single Action configurations and a VERY decent gun with great frontier charisma.
A real good value at this money.
