This button down shirt has an integrated bib that gave the Victorian gentleman a tailored look. The tapered bottom bib front gives this light weight cotton shirt EXTRA BODY and presents a Fresh Pressed Look that was all the fashion. This classic shirt was worn by the very elite of society, businessmen, and the lowly clerk alike, from the 1880s to the 1920s. June 20th marks the 116th anniversary of the acquittal of Lizzie Borden and the play "Lizzie Borden Live" will be performed in the city.
