This beautiful vintage Murano filigrana glass perfume bottle is in excellent condition. What is referred to as Filigrana glass today was traditionally called Latticino glass. Filigrana means filigree which you see in this perfume bottle when you look at the fine intricately twisted white threads of glass interspersed with opaque ribbons of sky blue glass. Most Murano perfume bottles were unmarked as is this one. Filigrana glass could only be created by a highly skilled glass artist like Venini or Fratelli Toso.
