Description

A used Original SILVER color SINGLE MOUNTED HAND ENGRAVED "FRONTIER" PARADE STYLE SPURS & STRAPS Circa 1930's.  These old spurs are an example of the quality, functional durability and artistic styling produced by the old craftsmen.  The spurs are 6" in overall length with a 3" depth and a heel band spread of 3 1/4" at the boot entry point.  The heel band is 1" wide with movable strap buttons, and have a chap guards. They have a 5 point dull grinder wheel rowel that is 1 3/8" in diameter.  The outside surface of each spur carries a hand engraved, silver,  overlay with a 2 1/2" relieved, hand engraved silver HEART & ARROW.  The old period straps are black floral carved batwing style.  They are strong and pliable and we assume them to be original. These spurs would be splendid addition to any working cowboy collection, display as decor or they could give a century of use.  We always answer questions and entertain offers.
